Procedure to apply for financial aid:
To request financial assistance, please review our updated policy below.
1. A request would need to be submitted to [email protected] with an explanation of why they need assistance and a copy of their most recent tax return would need to be included in this request. Request to submit the first two pages of FORM 1040 (federal Tax Return) - Social Security Number should be BLACKED out for privacy.
2. If the income levels meet the guidelines in the table below, the treasurer would inform the registrar if approval was granted or denied.
3. Any exceptions to the guidelines below would be brought to the executive board for approval.
